Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 12000IU/ml

2.Dosage Form

Oral solution

3.Indication

– Prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency
– Treatment of rickets
– As an adjunct to a specific therapy for osteoporosis in patients at risk of vitamin D deficiency

4.Dosage Administration

– Children < 3 years old: 1-2 drops/ day depending on state of vitamin D deficient
– Children 1-3 years old in case of high risk of vitamin D deficient in winter: 3 drops/day
– Infants and prematures baby: 2 drops/day consult a doctor or pharmacist before using
Using the spoon or directly dropping on mouth.
Do not use with heat milk or during meal due to reducing the effects.
